22/08/2026Oman’s Duqm Petrochemical Complex: Implementation Agreement Signed with Kuwait’s KPI Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) and Oman’s OQ Group have reportedly signed an agreement on the implementation of the Duqm petrochemical complex, with the initial phase expected to begin in 2026.
