22/08/2026Malaysia’s Petronas Takes Full Ownership of Pengerang Petrochemical Complex After Acquiring Aramco’s Stake Malaysia’s state-owned oil company Petronas has reportedly taken full ownership of PRefChem, the refining and petrochemical joint venture at the Pengerang integrated complex in Johor, after acquiring Saudi Aramco’s stake.
17/08/2026말레이시아 페트로나스, 아람코 지분 인수해 펭게랑 석유화학단지 완전 소유 말레이시아 국영 석유회사 페트로나스(Petronas)가 사우디 아람코(Saudi Aramco)로부터 지분을 넘겨받아 조호르주 펭게랑(Pengerang) 통합단지 내 정유·석유화학 합작법인 프리켐(PRefChem)을 완전 소유하게 됐다고 전해진다.
