영국 화학기업 INEOS가 중국석유화공(Sinopec, 中國石化)과 톈진(天津) 난강(南港)에 조성한 에틸렌 합자프로젝트 지분을 전량 정리하고 철수한다고 전해진다. 합자사인 중석화영력사(천진)석화유한공사(中石化 英力士(天津)石化有限公司)는 2023년 8월 지분 50대 50으로 설립됐으나, 이번 협약에 따라 중국석화가 단독 소유하게 된다고 알려져 있다.
