태국 양대 석유화학 기업인 SCG Chemicals(SCGC)와 PTT Global Chemical(GC, PTTGC)가 올레핀·폴리올레핀 사업 부문의 전략적 합작법인(JV, Joint Venture) 설립을 위한 타당성조사를 진행 중이며, 2026년 9월(3분기) 중 조사를 완료할 목표라고 전해진다. 양사는 2026년 4월 29일 비구속적 양해각서(MOU, Memorandum of Understanding)를 체결하고, 태국 내 각자 보유한 올레핀·폴리에틸렌(PE, Polyethylene)·폴리프로필렌(PP, Polypropylene) 생산설비를 통합해 합작법인을 설립하는 방안을 검토해왔다고 알려져 있다. 2026년 […]
