Thailand’s PTT Global Chemical and SCG Chemicals have signed an MOU to explore establishing a strategic joint venture combining their olefin and polyolefin businesses. The integration under review includes cracker, PE, and PP production facilities, with a feasibility study targeted for completion in Q3 2026.
