22/08/2026Saudi Aramco Launches EPC Work on Uthmaniyah Gas Compression Plant — First Project Under National EPC Champion Program

Saudi Aramco’s Uthmaniyah gas compression plant project is reported to have entered the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) execution phase. SNSH, a joint venture between Italy’s Saipem and local firm Nasser Saeed Al-Hajri and Partners Company for Contracting (NSH), reportedly won the contract, with total contract value estimated at around $1.24 billion.

사우디 아람코(Saudi Aramco)가 발주한 우스마니야(Uthmaniyah) 가스압축플랜트 프로젝트가 EPC(Engineering, Procurement and Construction, 설계·조달·시공) 실행 단계에 들어갔다고 전해진다. 이탈리아 Saipem과 현지기업 Nasser Saeed Al-Hajri and Partners Company for Contracting(NSH)의 합작사인 SNSH가 계약을 수주했으며, 총 계약규모는 약 12억4,000만 달러, 이 중 Saipem 지분은 약 9억 유로에 이른다고 알려져 있다.
